We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our offerings and encourage all customers to try our products for at least 14 days to fully experience their benefits.

If youā€™re not completely satisfied after 14 days of use, and itā€™s still within our 60-day money-back guarantee window, you may request a return by contacting us at hello@psiwheel.com.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be processing and changes cannot be guaranteed.
If cancelled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We want you to feel confident trying Psiwheel Labs products. If after using the product for at least 14 days, youā€™re still unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of your original purchase.
Please note: original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

All items are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. However, if your item arrives physically broken or defective, please report it within 72 hours of delivery.
Email hello@psiwheel.com with a clear photo of the damage. If approved, weā€™ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note: Minor damage to packaging (e.g. dented boxes) is not considered product damage. Returns are not accepted for damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or accidents.

Shipping & Delivery

While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
If you encounter an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly.
Psiwheel Labs is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and not corrected within 24 hours, we cannot issue a refund or resend the item.
